Join us for an afternoon of getting down and dirty - talking about compost, mulches and compost teas.
Join Abi from Propagate for this 3 hour workshop digging into the world of compost. Using Lothlorien's composting system as an example we'll explore microbes, fermentations, what makes 'good' compost and more. We'll learn about living mulches, green manures and cover crops - how to build natural fertility by building soil functions. And we'll make some compost teas and bio-amendments, looking at recipes that boost beneficial microbes.
Sound like your cup of (compost) tea?
